Sculpting & Micro-Modeling
Every design originates from extensive historical research into gothic cathedral architecture, medieval reliquaries, and Nordic sigils. Models are sculpted in digital wax with micron-level bone textures and crisp heraldic relief.
Precision Wax Printing
Digital files are rendered into combustible ultra-fine resin wax patterns. Each wax piece is hand-inspected under magnifying loupes, cleaned, and mounted onto central sprue trees for casting.
Vacuum Induction Casting
Surrounded by ceramic investment plaster, the mold is baked in a kiln until wax vaporizes. Melted pure solid 925 sterling silver (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper) is drawn into the cavity under inert vacuum pressure, eliminating porosity.
Hand Chasing & Filing
Raw castings are cut from the tree and meticulously hand-filed. Seams are refined, teeth and claw crevices carved, and inner shanks tapered to our signature velvet-comfort profile.
Obsidian Sulfur Oxidation
Artifacts undergo controlled immersion in natural liver of sulfur. Deep oxidation coats the recessed shadows, creating brooding depth that accentuates every curve and anatomical fold.
Multi-Stage Mirror Polish
Raised edges are progressively buffed with fine emery wheels and jeweler's rouge. The final heirloom artifact bears our official S925 hallmark stamp and gemological certificate of authenticity.
